Today we are just over 2 months removed from the wedding of my oldest daughter Jessica and my new son Phil. They were married on May 17th at the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse on the Outer Banks in the state of North Carolina.

My family has vacationed at the shore in one place or another for the last 30 years. In that time I don’t believe that we have missed a single year and most years we make two or three trips. So I was not the least surprised when Jess and Phil came and asked my wife and I if they could get married in the Outer Banks at the Hatteras Light.
